FAQs
ARE YOU A DOCTOR?
No, I am not a doctor. However, I am quite the question master. While I was going through my cancer journey, I asked as many questions as possible to my doctor(s) and those discussions have sparked the ideas for content displayed via Hot Girls Have Cancer. That being said, this website should NOT be considered medical advice.
DID YOU REALLY HAVE CANCER?
Yes. I was diagnosed with stage 1b1 cervical cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) on May 30, 2023 and enjoyed half of a hot girl summer before surgery to remove it on August 8, 2023.
WHAT EXACTLY IS A ‘HOT GIRL’?
Whatever negative connotations you may associate with ‘hot girls,’ go ahead and throw those out the window. Being a ‘hot girl’ is an energy, a state of mind. Hot girls know their value and stand in their worth, no matter what’s going on to them or around them. They are confident in the best of times and the worst of times.
DOES ‘HOT GIRLS HAVE CANCER’ INCLUDE ALL TYPES OF CANCER, OR JUST CERVICAL?
We are a very new brand, and while most of the educational content focuses on cervical cancer, apparel is available for all hot girls with cancer and additional content will soon be available for all types of cancer.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG TO ARRIVE?
Each order is printed-on-demand while our small business is growing. Please allow 2-5 business days for printing and up to 24 business days for shipping, depending on where the item is going.
MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL. WHAT DO I DO?
Each order is printed-on-demand, so printing and shipping times may be longer than usual, so please wait until the estimated delivery date has passed to reach out about a lost package. Please email us at hello@hotgirlshavecancer.com and we will take it from there.
MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED. WHAT DO I DO?
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 days at no cost to you. The return address and information is located on the return label of your package.
